About the Role

- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements and transformation needs
- Translate customer requirements into high level solution designs and technical proposals
- Lead technical discussions and deliver compelling solution demonstrations and PoCs
- Respond to technical sections of RFIs, RFPs, and compliance matrices
- Draft and review Statements of Work and Bill of Quantities
- Contribute to bid strategy, proposal creation, and pricing inputs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or architecture roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience in custom application design and delivery (Java, .NET, Python, low code, cloud native)
- Experience with legacy modernization (refactoring, containerization, API enablement)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

Role Summary
- As a Presales Solution Consultant / Lead within the Application Development & Modernization Business Unit at Malomatia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and presenting tailored software solutions for government and enterprise clients.
Job Specifications
- Arabic Speaker.
- 5+ years of experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or architecture roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience in custom application design and delivery including Java, .NET, Python, low code, or cloud native.
- Optional: Previous hands on experience implementing data & AI solutions.
- Experience with legacy modernization.
- Understanding of enterprise integration, workflow orchestration, and security.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

- Collaborate with sales team to qualify and shape opportunities.
