Senior Business Analyst, Digital

What is the opportunity? In this role you will get the opportunity to join RBC’s Digital BA team in delivering exceptional digital banking experiences to our clients across different platforms. You will be responsible for requirements analysis activities on medium to large size projects where you will drive requirements planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both business and systems analysis, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, strong agile experience, digital product experience, a background in financial services and a passion for digital banking platforms.

Develop requirements plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates.

Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties

Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to identify business priorities.

Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, review and prioritization.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Analyze and document detailed business requirements and system requirements using enterprise standard requirements methodology.

Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders.

Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise and digital standards.

Support Design, Development, and QE activities by providing requirements clarifications.

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar

Experience in Loyalty programs
