Role Overview
Senior Business Analyst supporting a DevSecOps Agile Release Train.
Connects cybersecurity priorities, operational needs, compliance requirements, and software delivery.
Works with product security, technology, product management, and stakeholder teams to prioritize actionable Cyber Operations work.
Core Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the cybersecurity operations team backlog according to risk, business value, compliance needs, and dependencies.
- Translate cybersecurity and operational needs into features, user stories, enablers, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive vulnerability assessment and remediation initiatives and define remediation playbooks for cybersecurity issues.
- Help development teams understand and remediate security findings.
- Define requirements for security metrics, trend reporting, hygiene reports, and release readiness capabilities.
- Support security evidence collection and delivery for audits and compliance.
- Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, reviews, retrospectives, PO Syncs, and Inspect and Adapt activities.
