Senior Business Analyst - BPM Trainer / eLearning

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5–8 years of business analysis experience.

Proven experience in analyzing and designing business processes and workflows.

Strong understanding of CMS, MITA concepts, and healthcare operations, particularly in Medicaid environments.

Expertise in relational database concepts and system integration methodologies.

Proficiency in training methodologies, including Learning Management Systems and eLearning content development

Fully remote options from Contiguous US locations only

Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
