We are looking for a talented Program Manager who will be responsible for communicating with our client, company and project team leadership, while measuring and sharing project metrics/status.

in our mission Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction Works with client(s) to design the project approach and develop implementation plans Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s) May supervise additional account management staff (i/e Program Specialist) Actively project manage across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed Ability to quickly escalate any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions What we're looking for Bachelor's or higher degree (preferred but not required) 5+ years of provider healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid)

Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly with the ability to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues Strong knowledge of MS Excel/ (pivot tables), Power Point, and Word Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR willing to obtain within 1 year of being hired What you should expect in this role Candidates must be comfortable working hours that aline with our team in the Central Time Zone (US) Fully Remote (Within the US) Travel may be required up 10% This posting will accept applications until 9/28/2026. #LI-LM1 #LI-REMOTE The pay range for this position is $52,900.00 - $75,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
