Role Overview
Support architectural design, technical coordination, and BIM management activities across project deliverables.
The role combines BIM standards, model coordination, document review, and technical guidance for project teams.
Responsibilities
- Support basic architectural and interior design coordination activities.
- Produce and review CAD drawings, BIM models, and renderings against project requirements.
- Establish and maintain architectural design guidelines and BIM standards.
- Review architectural and construction documents for accuracy, compliance, and coordination.
- Develop, implement, and enforce BIM procedures and workflows across the project.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models to produce clash-free, coordinated outputs.
- Provide BIM-related technical guidance and best practices to project teams.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level proficiency in CAD, Revit, and other relevant digital design software.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 15+ years of related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of BIM modeling, coordination, and review processes.
- Basic architectural and design knowledge for simple and medium-scale assets.
