Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM strategies, execution plans, standards, and workflows.
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across structural, MEP, utilities, roads, and infrastructure disciplines.
- Manage model reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure BIM models meet project requirements, LOD standards, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, designers, and project teams.
- Support design, construction, as-built, and handover BIM deliverables.
- Manage BIM documentation, data environments, and model submissions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Engineers and Modelers.
- Drive digital construction practices and continuous BIM improvement.
- Report BIM progress, risks, and coordination issues to project management.
