Role Overview
Senior Barista/Head Barista role focused on specialty coffee, bar operations, beverage quality, product knowledge, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Keep the bar stocked and operate it according to daily procedures.
- Prepare beverages to required quality and service standards.
- Maintain knowledge of bar products and takeaway menu items.
- Monitor customer requirements and satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with store management and staff to support efficient teamwork.
- Complete bar-related reports and checklists on time.
- Complete bar checklists and ensure equipment supports daily operations.
Requirements
- Must be professional and qualified.
- Must have relevant experience in specialty coffee or a related area.
- Three years of barista experience is preferred.
- Must reliably commute to or relocate to Al-Ayn before starting work.
Compensation
- Full-time position paying AED 3,500 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person in Al-Ayn.
