The Procurement Manager purchases food, beverages, and related operational supplies for uninterrupted business operations.
The role focuses on procurement execution, supplier coordination, inventory availability, cost control, and quality and food safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of food, beverages, packaging, and operational supplies.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen teams, and storekeepers for daily requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Source from approved suppliers and ensure price accuracy.
- Analyze purchasing trends and cost-saving initiatives.
- Handle supplier follow-ups, delivery discrepancies, and invoice matching.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Support food cost control and wastage reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of purchasing experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food items, suppliers, and market pricing.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, Foodics System, other ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, and local regulations.
- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in multi-outlet restaurants or cafes is preferred.
- Knowledge of local F&B suppliers is preferred.
- UAE or GCC market experience is preferred if applicable.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 5,000 per month.

- The work location is in person.
