Role Overview
MIRA Construction is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Barista to lead its coffee service team.
The role is responsible for premium beverage preparation, junior staff supervision, customer service, and café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages to a high standard.
- Lead, mentor, train, and support junior baristas.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and keep the preparation area clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with new coffee recipes and beverage offerings.
Requirements
- At least three years of barista experience, including at least one year in a senior or supervisory role.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment operation, and beverage preparation.
- Strong leadership, team management, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, passion for coffee quality, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
