Role Overview
Senior Backend Engineer opportunity for a client of Quik Hire Staffing.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for a high-traffic platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, low-latency solutions in a cloud-native environment.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote role with work from anywhere.

Job Type and Payout
- Contract position.
- Compensation is $20-$70 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Node.js-based microservices using AWS services.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs with a focus on security and efficiency.
- Lead architectural decisions for cloud infrastructure, including EC2, Lambda, and RDS.
- Monitor system health, debug issues, and implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
