Role overview
The backend engineer will design and implement services and APIs for access controls, auditing, session recording summarization, and identity workflows.
The role covers the full product development cycle and focuses on securing and monitoring infrastructure access at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build backend integrations with cloud providers' managed databases.
- Improve scalability and resiliency for clusters with more than 10,000 nodes.
- Implement advanced HTTPS proxying with identity-aware access control.
- Build hardened security capabilities for Linux and Mac users.
- Work with customers to understand security needs and write design proposals.
- Implement distributed systems in Go and collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams.
Requirements
- Experience with Go or Rust.
