Enable Audience Targeting & Personalization : Collaborate with Product and other engineering teams to integrate audience segmentation and personalization signals into campaign targeting, so the right content reaches the right recipient.
Build for Extensibility : Develop flexible, configurable systems that allow new campaign types, channels, and scheduling rules to be added with minimal engineering overhead.

Own Feature Delivery End-to-End : Take ownership of complex backend features from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
