Role Overview
Manage audio, visual, lighting, sound reinforcement, outdoor lighting, and show-effects systems for special events.

Scope of Work
Manage audio, visual, lighting, sound reinforcement, outdoor lighting, and show-effects systems for special events.
Perform daily monitoring, basic on-site repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of AVL equipment.
Support shows, parades, street performances, opening ceremonies, closing events, and other entertainment offerings.
Main Responsibilities
- Complete electrical and electronic work for stage shows, street performances, occasional pyro or fireworks, and other show effects.
- Monitor equipment and materials and complete mandatory weekly and monthly inspections.
- Schedule and follow up on third-party maintenance services and projector maintenance.
- Prepare work reports, cue sheets, and schedules.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and reorder consumables through approval and delivery.
- Provide technical support at venue locations and maintain show standards.
- Participate in installations, maintenance, repairs, set-ups, pre-productions, technical rehearsals, dress rehearsals, and performances.
- Maintain and repair intercommunication systems for halls, stages, and event areas.
- Design and fabricate testing devices when required.
- Maintain equipment, inventory, and maintenance records and improve operating methods.
