Job Purpose
The Reservation Agent ensures a smooth and efficient reservation process and provides service excellence for enquiries received by phone and email.
The role supports reservation operations for the LEGOLAND Hotel and related park and hotel services.
Main Responsibilities
- Follow reservation procedures to support accurate inventory, statistics, and reduced no-shows and denials.
- Maintain telephone standards and attend enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Build strong internal and external customer relationships.
- Support risk assessments and comply with health and safety procedures.
Business Impact and Results
- Support optimization of hotel room revenue and achievement of hotel bedroom sales targets.
- Apply pricing strategies and upsell products and services to maximize yield opportunities.
- Support hotel room-related KPI targets and maintain reliable attendance.
Communication and Problem Solving
- Communicate across departments to maximize sales opportunities and minimize denials and no-shows.
- Manage over-sold room types without harming the guest experience.
