We are looking for an experienced Senior Automotive Technician who can diagnose and repair all major vehicle brands, with strong expertise in Premium vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Lexus, Bentley and Porsche.

The role remains primarily hands-on, with added responsibility to guide up to 6 technicians, support workshop flow, check repair quality and keep service advisors updated accurately and on time.

· 6+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in premium or multi-brand workshops.

· Strong German vehicle experience, especially BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen and Porsche.

· Excellent diagnostic ability across mechanical, electrical, electronic and software-related faults.

· Good knowledge of coding, programming, adaptations, calibrations and module configuration/replacement.

· Confident use of diagnostic tools such as BMW ISTA, Mercedes-Benz Xentry, VCDS, Autel, Launch, Abrites or similar systems.

· Ability to guide a small/medium team of technicians, support job flow and maintain workshop quality standards.

· Valid UAE driving license; ITI, diploma or equivalent automotive qualification preferred.

· Clear English communication and documentation skills.

· Diagnose and repair faults on German, European, American, Asian, premium and luxury vehicles.

· Perform computerized diagnostics, coding, programming, adaptations, calibrations and control-unit configuration.

· Carry out major repairs and inspections including engine, transmission, suspension, air suspension, brakes, steering, A/C, maintenance, wheel balancing and alignment.

· Read wiring diagrams (Auto Data / All Data), technical data, service manuals and manufacturer repair procedures for accurate fault tracing.

· Act as the practical team lead on the workshop floor, supporting up to 6 technicians with technical guidance, job progress and repair quality.

· Carry out final checks and road tests to reduce repeat repairs and ensure vehicles are ready before delivery.

· Provide service advisors with timely, detailed updates on diagnosis, repair progress, additional work, parts requirements, delays and completion status.

· OEM or specialist training on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen or other premium brands.

· Hybrid/EV experience, including Tesla or similar platforms.

· Experience in a premium workshop with high customer expectations.
