Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Customer Service Advisor
to deliver a refined, professional, and high-quality client experience within our premium and luxury automotive workshop in Dubai.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact at the service reception, representing the workshop with professionalism and confidence while engaging with a discerning clientele.
You will be responsible for accurately recording vehicle concerns, coordinating closely with technicians, and ensuring all repair and service information is communicated clearly and effectively to customers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
This includes explaining service recommendations and repair costs, responding to customer enquiries, providing timely progress updates, conducting follow-up calls, and supporting quality control standards, including road testing where required.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in automotive customer service or service advisory, supported by sound technical knowledge of premium and luxury vehicles, a strong understanding of spare parts, and confidence in using Microsoft Excel and workshop management systems.
A basic understanding of electric vehicles is also required, reflecting the evolving premium automotive landscape.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a premium or luxury automotive environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages would be an advantage
- Sound technical knowledge of premium and luxury vehicles
- Strong understanding of spare parts and automotive service processes
- Professional presentation and the ability to manage high-value clientele
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel and workshop management systems
- Valid UAE light vehicle driver’s license
- Basic understanding of electric vehicles
