Senior Automotive Service Advisor

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Prepare job cards, quotations, and repair estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians on vehicle diagnosis and repairs.
• Explain technical issues, repair requirements, and costs to customers.
• Provide repair progress updates and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with parts and workshop teams to maintain workflow.
• Inspect completed work and address customer requirements.
• Handle complaints and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain service records and documentation.
• Recommend additional services and maintenance when appropriate.

Requirements

• At least five years of Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance is required.
• Good understanding of automotive workshop processes is required.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills are required.
• The ability to prepare quotations and explain technical matters is required.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and pressure-management skills are required.
• English proficiency is required; Arabic knowledge is advantageous.
• UAE automotive or workshop experience is preferred.

Workplace

• The work location is in person in an automotive workshop environment.
