Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bodyshop operations and supervise technicians, denters, painters, and other staff.
• Allocate repair jobs, monitor workflow, and support timely delivery.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure repairs meet company quality standards.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance companies, estimators, and service advisors.
• Monitor estimates, parts requirements, job progress, productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop resources.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the bodyshop.
• Resolve technical and operational issues and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Train and guide team members to improve performance and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an automotive bodyshop environment.
• Strong knowledge of accident repair, denting, painting, and vehicle restoration processes.
• Good team leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repair jobs and meet deadlines.
• Previous Bodyshop Supervisor, Bodyshop In-Charge, or Bodyshop Manager experience is preferred.
• UAE automotive or workshop experience is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
