Role summary
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and intelligent process solutions across enterprise systems.
Work across Microsoft Power Platform, scripting, low-code integrations, Google technologies, and AI tools.
Key responsibilities
- Develop Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and approvals.
- Build Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications.
- Create Copilot Studio agents integrated with backend systems and data.
- Write PowerShell and/or Python automation scripts.
- Build integrations with n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Explore Google Workspace, Google Cloud APIs, and AI/LLM automation opportunities.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate manual processes into scalable solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and document automation solutions.
- Apply governance, security, compliance, connector, and access-control practices.
Required skills and experience
- 4–6 years of experience in automation engineering, RPA, or workflow/process automation.
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Power Automate experience.
- Experience building Power Apps canvas or model-driven applications.
- Working knowledge of Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Google AI Agent.
