Role Summary
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and intelligent process solutions across enterprise systems.
Work across Microsoft Power Platform, scripting, low-code integrations, Google technologies, and AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and approvals.
- Build Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications for operational needs.
- Develop Copilot Studio AI agents and integrate them with backend systems and data sources.
- Write PowerShell and Python scripts for administration, data processing, and API integrations.
- Build and maintain n8n, Zapier, and similar SaaS integrations.
- Explore Google Workspace, Google Cloud APIs, and emerging AI or LLM automation opportunities.
- Gather requirements and translate manual processes into scalable automated solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize flows for reliability, performance, and error handling.
- Document architectures, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Apply governance, security, compliance, data-loss-prevention, connector-governance, and access-control practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in automation engineering, RPA, or workflow and process automation.
