Role Overview
Technical specialist responsible for industrial automation installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Provides on-site troubleshooting and support for PLC, DCS, and SCADA hardware and software.
Supports manufacturing plants and process industries through new installations and site upgrades.
Core Responsibilities
- Support factory and process automation after-sales activities, including field service and digital service execution.
- Retrofit old systems and support maintenance contracts.
- Install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot automation equipment.
- Manage new installations, existing site upgrades, and emergency troubleshooting.
- Travel extensively and on short notice across Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Technical Skills
- Siemens tools include TIA Portal, Step7, WinCC, and PCS7 DCS.
- Relevant hardware includes S7-400, S7-1200, and S7-1500 PLCs, PCS7, WinCC SCADA, and network communication products.
- Experience with Siemens Simatic S7 or PCS7 is required.
