The Authority Liaison Engineer acts as a central point of communication between project teams and local authority departments, ensuring the smooth submission and approval of NOCs, building permits, and compliance with UAE regulations.

This position involves coordinating with technical, planning, and infrastructure departments, preparing reports and procedures, and enforcing regulatory compliance throughout all project stages.

Permit Submission and Approval Coordination: Develop and implement procedures for NOC submissions and approvals.

Coordinate and communicate with local authority departments regarding building permits and NOCs.

Prepare and manage a comprehensive database of NOC and approval statuses, updating them regularly.
