This position involves coordinating with technical, planning, and infrastructure departments, preparing reports and procedures, and enforcing regulatory compliance throughout all project stages.
Permit Submission and Approval Coordination: Develop and implement procedures for NOC submissions and approvals.
Coordinate and communicate with local authority departments regarding building permits and NOCs.
Prepare and manage a comprehensive database of NOC and approval statuses, updating them regularly.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure design drawings comply with local authority regulations and UAE codes.
Maintain awareness and circulate updates on regulations, standards, and technical requirements.
Solve technical issues and address authority comments with efficient solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the organization, clients, and local authorities.
Provide technical advice and feedback to project teams based on authority requirements.
Organize educational programs, seminars, and awareness sessions on regulatory standards.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project approval statuses, requirements, and procedures.
Track project progress against approval timelines and escalate delays as needed.
Support NOC Managers by preparing project briefs and approval strategies.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance approval processes and compliance measures.
Develop and enforce standards for NOC submissions and authority approvals.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations, codes, and NOC processes.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Authority Liaison, preferably in the UAE.
Strong expertise in planning, infrastructure, and building approvals.
Demonstrated experience in report preparation and stakeholder coordination.
Skills and Attributes: Presentable with excellent client-facing and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of UAE culture and regulatory environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
