About the Role
Jash Technical Services seeks a Senior Audio Visual Engineer for an on-site role in Riyadh. The candidate will design, engineer, and document AV solutions for corporate and government facilities.

Responsibilities
- Design, engineer, and document AV solutions for corporate, governmental, and specialized facilities
- Prepare system schematics, equipment lists, and installation drawings
- Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of audio, video, control, and networked AV components
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines and budgets
- Conduct site surveys, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize existing AV setups
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and technicians
- Support commissioning, end user training, and handover documentation
Requirements
- Strong expertise in AV system design and engineering, including audio, video, control, and networked AV systems
- Proficiency with AV design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of AV integration standards, signal flow, IP based distribution, and industry protocols (e.g., HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, VoIP)
- Hands on experience with installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of AV equipment and control systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communication, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior engineers and technicians
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an asset

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination skills, including stakeholder communication, documentation, and adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communication, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CTS/CTS D, manufacturer certifications) are preferred.
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
