Role Description

  • The Fleet and Mobility Manager is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh.
  • Oversee the planning, allocation, and daily operations of the company’s vehicle fleet and mobility resources to support facility management and logistics activities.
  • Manage fleet utilization, monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, coordinate drivers and transportation routes, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Develop mobility policies, optimize costs, negotiate with vendors and service providers, and maintain accurate records and reports on fleet operations.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, procurement, and HR teams to ensure timely, reliable transportation support for projects and services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in fleet management, transportation operations, or logistics management.
  • Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and coordinating vehicle usage and driver assignments.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices, safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, optimize routes and costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross functional teams and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience within facility management, defense support services, or large contracting environments is an advantage.
  • Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and high service quality in a multi site operational environment.
