Your Impact
5–7 years of Endur support experience; strong SQL and log analysis skills; understanding of commodity trading lifecycle; ITIL knowledge; strong stakeholder communication.
Exposure to OpenJVS/OpenComponents; Endur integrations with risk, finance and data platforms; follow-the-sun support experience.
Experience stabilising Endur environments for trading clients; examples of converting recurring issues into long-term solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal risk management policies.
Optimize Endur configurations and workflows to improve system performance and efficiency.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Endur and energy trading technology.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on Endur implementation and support.
- Exposure to Endur configuration, customization, and integration with third-party systems.
- Hands-on experience with Endur scripting, SQL, and database management.
- Strong understanding of energy and commodities trading, including risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
