Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of valuation advice across commercial and residential property in line with RICS Red Book requirements
- Perform local and national real estate market analysis using accepted approaches and theory
- Draft internal and external reports and presentation material for review by Senior Managers, Directors, and Managing Directors
- Undertake property and market research
- Manage instruction timelines and ensure deadlines
- Assist with any other tasks deemed necessary for efficient running of the business
- Attend relevant industry events to broaden knowledge and experience within real estate industry
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (report writing and proofreading essential)
- Strong knowledge of real estate generally, including valuation principles
- Diligent, conscientious, and highly motivated with ability to work to demanding schedule
- Excellent research abilities
- Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience with managing day to day aspects of client relationships and projects
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluency in English

Navigating Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of valuation advice across both commercial and residential property in line with RICS Red Book requirements.
- Performing local and national real estate market analysis using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
- Drafting internal and external reports and presentation material for review by Senior Managers, Directors and Managing Directors.
- Undertake property and market research.
- Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.
- Assist with any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business.
- Attending relevant industry events to broaden your knowledge and experience within the real estate industry.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (report writing and proofreading capabilities essential). Superior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of real estate generally, including valuation principles.
- Diligent, conscientious and highly motivated with the ability to work to a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent research abilities.
- Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience with managing of day to day aspects of client relationships and projects.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in English.
