- Superb drafting skills (including drafting of pleadings, witness statements and legal opinions)

- Self driven with excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently
- Commercial awareness and confidence in building a rapport with clients
- Ability to lead, delegate and foster a positive team atmosphere

The Role
- We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our market leading MEA Projects & Construction team.
- Your practice will focus on complex international construction negotiation support and advising as 'Project Counsel'.
- Transactional / non contentious experience (including drafting and negotiating international construction contracts) would also be welcomed but is not essential.

About You
- Excellent background in high value, complex construction contract management and negotiation support
