Role overview
AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Associate - Landscape Architecture for its design team.
The role leads conceptualization, design, and delivery of landscape architecture projects across commercial, residential, and master-planned developments.
The position works with architects, engineers, and clients to create functional, sustainable, and visually compelling outdoor environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and innovation for landscape products, processes, standards, and methodologies.
- Manage multiple medium-sized landscape design projects independently and structure project teams.
- Act as technical lead, coordinate disciplines, and communicate project requirements.
- Lead client meetings, manage contractual requirements, and oversee project deliverables.
- Conduct design and creative reviews for ongoing projects and competitions.
- Apply public realm, planting, and irrigation standards across landscape projects.
- Deliver technical packages and landscape designs independently with senior review.
- Balance design quality, client objectives, and project budgets.
- Promote innovative design solutions and digital tools in landscape projects.
- Resolve site issues and support project financial reporting, change orders, and variations.
