- Lead defined workstreams within consulting engagements, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Structure complex business problems and develop hypotheses and analytical frameworks
- Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and recommendations
- Develop client ready deliverables, including executive level presentations and reports
- Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders
- Mentor and guide Associate consultants, reviewing their work and supporting skill development
- Coordinate tasks and timelines within assigned workstreams
- Support project managers in tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
- Build strong working relationships with client counterparts
- Support proposal development, business development efforts, and thought leadership initiatives
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and capability building
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Experience in management consulting or relevant strategy, operations, or advisory role
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience developing client facing deliverables and interacting with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel flexible
- Master's degree or MBA (desirable)
- Experience leading workstreams or small teams (desirable)
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) (desirable)
- Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, technology, or energy (desirable)

Role Overview
- We are seeking a high performing Senior Associate Management Consultant to play a key role in delivering complex client engagements across strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives.
- The Senior Associate acts as a bridge between project leadership and junior team members, taking ownership of workstreams, driving analyses, and supporting client relationships.
Client Delivery & Analysis
- Lead defined workstreams within consulting engagements, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Structure complex business problems and develop hypotheses and analytical frameworks
- Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate insights and recommendations
- Develop client ready deliverables, including executive level presentations and reports
- Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Project & Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide Associate consultants, reviewing their work and supporting skill development
- Coordinate tasks and timelines within assigned workstreams
- Support project managers in tracking progress, risks, and dependencies

Client & Firm Development
- Build strong working relationships with client counterparts

Requirements
