Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law and valid legal qualifications
- 7+ years’ post qualification experience with a strong focus on criminal litigation
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated experience in handling criminal cases
- Proven ability to draft high quality defense memoranda, pleadings, submissions, and legal opinions
- Experience in preparing and delivering oral advocacy before courts and public prosecution, including witness examination
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to independently manage criminal cases from investigation through trial and appeal
- Solid understanding of criminal law frameworks in Qatar and the wider MENA region
- Commercially minded, with a pragmatic and solution oriented approach
- Strong communication and client facing skills

Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly driven, bilingual (Arabic/English) Senior Associate to join our Criminal Litigation practice.
