- Provide corporate and commercial advisory services including M&A, joint ventures, and corporate structuring
- Draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters
- Handle tax matters and interact with the General Tax Authority
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law and valid legal qualification
- Minimum 7 years’ post qualification experience in corporate and commercial law
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven expertise in M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and establishing companies
- Advanced drafting and negotiation skills across a range of commercial agreements
- Solid understanding of Qatari legal and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in regulatory and compliance matters
- Exposure to tax matters and interactions with the General Tax Authority (GTA)
- Ability to manage complex matters autonomously and deliver high quality work under pressure
- Sound commercial judgment and a practical, solution oriented approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Overview
