In this highly visible, client-facing role, you will build trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, Investment Banks, M&A Advisors, and Private Equity & Venture Capital funds across the software industry.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in software investing, capital allocation, and M&A strategy within the Constellation Software ecosystem—one of the most active acquirers of software businesses globally.

• Develop and execute targeted outbound sourcing strategies to identify vertical market software acquisition opportunities.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with founders and key stakeholders, progressing prospects through the acquisition pipeline.
• Maintain and expand our proprietary CRM database with disciplined follow-up.
• Conduct market and sub-vertical research to uncover new investment themes aligned with Libra’s acquisition criteria.
