Role Overview
Join AECOM's architectural team in Dubai as a Senior Associate Architect.
Lead innovative commercial and residential building projects while mentoring junior architects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Deliver architectural solutions that meet client objectives, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and sustainability expectations.
Design and Project Delivery
- Lead building projects from conceptualization and design development through completion.
- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation using BIM methodologies and industry-standard tools.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project requirements and constraints.
- Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Compliance and Collaboration
- Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, international standards, and sustainability requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve design challenges and optimize outcomes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards.
