Role Overview
AECOM is seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector for an infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience as a Mechanical Inspector on infrastructure and construction projects.
- Experience inspecting mechanical works, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience with water supply, drainage, pumping systems, utility networks, and associated mechanical works.
- Ability to inspect works against approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Good knowledge of QA/QC inspection procedures and documentation.
- UAE or GCC infrastructure project experience is preferred.
Core Duties
- Inspect mechanical works against approved project drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Inspect mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Cover water supply, drainage, pumping systems, utility networks, and associated mechanical works.
- Apply QA/QC inspection procedures and maintain related documentation.
