JOB TITLE Emirati Talent - Senior Associate, Architect | Majid Al Futtaim Properties | Development Business Unit ROLE SUMMARY The Architectural Design Executive supports the Architecture & Design team in delivering high-quality design and 3D visualization solutions for shopping malls, residential communities, and hotel developments. The role contributes to project vision, design concepts, functional planning, and customer-focused design solutions while ensuring design intent is maintained from concept through delivery and enhancing the Majid Al Futtaim brand. ROLE PROFILE Develop conceptual and functional architectural layouts for retail, shopping mall, and mixed-use projects. Contribute creative design concepts, feasibility studies, and functional drawings. Support retail planning, mixed-use developments, and residential master planning initiatives. Apply customer-centric design thinking to enhance user journeys and innovative experiences. Produce high-quality architectural plans, masterplans, sketches, and presentation materials. Create advanced 3D visualizations and renderings using the latest design technologies. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations to maintain design excellence. Ensure adherence to Majid Al Futtaim brand standards, design guidelines, and values while fostering innovation, compliance, and collaboration across all design activities.
