Role Overview
QIC is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent systems for business solutions.
The role covers LLMs, computer vision, speech AI, AI infrastructure, and integration into business processes and client-facing products.
Responsibilities
- Build chatbots, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and automated document processing pipelines.
- Implement OCR for insurance documents, photo-based damage assessment, and identity verification.
- Develop transcription, voice analytics, and multilingual support solutions.
- Deploy and monitor AI models and integrate them with cloud AI services.
- Embed AI into business workflows, create AI APIs, and design user-friendly AI-powered experiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of AI/ML engineering experience focused on production systems.
