The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead architectural design to concept stage, ensuring compliance with statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
• Act as technical assurance manager, maintaining design principles through development and construction.
• Manage planning and building regulation applications and oversee design deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practice across processes.
• Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and construction partners to achieve design excellence.
• Monitor outputs for quality, scope, and timely delivery, providing reporting and attending client workshops.
• Champion sustainability by supporting net zero carbon goals throughout project delivery.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
• 15+ years’ postgraduate professional experience is essential.
• Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is essential.
• Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
