- Minimum of 8 10 years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Experience in residential projects and high end finishes

Job Overview
- Eram Talent is searching for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia.
- Senior Architect is responsible for leading architectural design delivery across PDE&C projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development from concept to implementation.
- Establish and maintain architectural design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Review, approve, and sign off architectural deliverables.
- Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and operational requirements.
- Review plans, specifications, codes, shop drawings, submittals, procedures, reports.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, specifications, plans.
- Lead coordination with structural, MEP, landscape, façade, and other project disciplines.
- Resolve design conflicts and manage interfaces across disciplines.
- Chair or contribute to design coordination and technical review meetings.
- Ensure alignment with client stakeholders.
- Provide architectural leadership during construction, including review of shop drawings, material submittals, and mock ups.
- Response to RFIs and design clarifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 10 years of professional architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience, mainly in housing projects.
- Experience in residential projects and high end finishes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem solving abilities and the capability to adapt to changing project requirements.
