Senior Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and review models and drawings under the guidance of the Project Lead or senior team members, ensuring that design intent is fully captured.
• Support the creation and refinement of project design concepts, project models, sketches, research materials, reports, and coordinated construction documents.
• Work on multiple projects, exploring creative approaches to achieving design solutions while meeting deadlines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external consultants, presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Prepare and modify architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details in accordance with project standards.
• Support the development of project scope, plans, and service documentation during the contract process.
• Produce 2D/3D presentations, models, drawings, and visual renderings.
• Integrate sustainable design principles into project work, evaluating broader environmental impact.
