Mission

Design Delivery

• Lead projects from concept and feasibility through detailed design, authority approvals, tender, construction support, and completion.
• Ensure designs meet international codes, IATA and ICAO standards, and UAE authority submission requirements.
• Coordinate deliverables with BIM resources and ensure drawings, specifications, and reports meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Lead design reviews, coordination workshops, approval meetings, and high-level presentations.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and quality oversight to architects and BIM team members.
• Use AI-enabled workflows and design software responsibly for option generation, analysis, visualization, coordination, quality checks, and presentations while maintaining human review.

Documentation and Coordination

• Ensure design deliverables comply with company and client standards and UAE regulatory and aviation authority protocols.
• Maintain systematic documentation for traceability and audit purposes.
• Coordinate internally across disciplines and externally with stakeholders, sub-consultants, statutory authorities, and aviation regulators.
• Lead architectural interface management and close out design, coordination, and authority comments within agreed deadlines.
• Support scope definition, programme planning, resource forecasting, fee control, change management, and technical risk management.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant post-graduate architectural experience, including substantial leadership of multidisciplinary design delivery on large-scale and complex projects.
• Bachelor of Architecture, Master of Architecture, or equivalent degree.
• Current UAE professional membership where applicable and eligibility for required professional registration or licensing.
• Knowledge of UAE authorities, codes, regulations, IATA airport guidance, and ICAO Annexes.
• Understanding of fire and life safety, accessibility, sustainable design, constructability, specifications, material selection, value engineering, and authority approvals.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit BIM.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation sector experience is an advantage.
• International professional accreditation such as RIBA, AIA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Sustainability certification such as LEED, Estidama PQP, WELL, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with 3D rendering and visualization tools such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or Unreal Engine is listed as a digital skill.
