The role provides advanced technical support for a suite of products and serves as an escalation point for L2 support and customer queries.
The engineer troubleshoots application functionality, integrations, performance, and security issues while working with development and cross-functional teams.
What you will do
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve incidents involving application functionality, integrations, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to analyze root causes, reproduce issues, and deliver fixes or workarounds.
- Monitor application health, logs, and alerts using tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Winston, Datadog, or ELK.
- Maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and other technical documentation.
- Support deployments, post-release validation, rollback procedures, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and applicable regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
