Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration : Responsible for the deployment and configuration of software solutions, tailoring them to meet client requirements.
- Integration : Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Technical Support : Provide troubleshooting and technical support during and after implementation, addressing client issues promptly.
- Training & Documentation : Conduct training sessions for clients and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate effective software use.
- Project Collaboration : Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Feedback Loop : Collect and relay client feedback to product management to inform future product development.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of software development, integration processes, and relevant technologies.
- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
