Overview
Cerebra seeks an Application Engineer to implement and configure software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and providing ongoing support. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the deployment and configuration of software solutions, tailoring them to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and workflows
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support during and after implementation, addressing client issues promptly
- Conduct training sessions for clients and create comprehensive documentation to facilitate effective software use
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Collect and relay client feedback to product management to inform future product development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of software development, integration processes, and relevant technologies
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
