About This Role

In This Role, You Will

• Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges involving variable data factors.
• Perform data analysis to support strategic initiatives and business needs.
• Extract data-driven insights from technical systems and business processes and identify engineering enhancement opportunities.
• Lead or participate in large cross-group projects and mentor less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Apply compliance and risk management requirements in the supported area.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of analytics experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in analytics, data engineering, AI/ML, or risk analytics with hands-on solution development and technical leadership.
• Python, LLM, RAG, agentic AI, MCP, NLP, anomaly detection, SQL, GCP, analytics architecture, and model governance experience are desired.
• Experience with AI applications, software engineering technologies, visualisation tools, modernization, automation, and platform transformation is desired.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives, establish standards, conduct code reviews, mentor teams, and influence AI adoption is desired.
