About the role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant.
The role focuses on complex analytics, strategic initiatives, technical systems, business processes, and AI-enabled solutions.
Core responsibilities
- Consult, review, and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges.
- Perform data analysis to support strategic initiatives and business needs.
- Extract data-driven insights and identify opportunities for engineering enhancements.
- Lead or participate in large cross-group projects.
- Mentor less experienced staff.
- Collaborate with peers, contractors, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Apply compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area.
Required qualifications
- At least 4 years of analytics experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired qualifications
- Experience in analytics, data engineering, AI or machine learning, or risk analytics with hands-on solution development and technical leadership.
- Expert-level Python proficiency and advanced SQL skills.
