Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
4–6+ years supporting Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Web Services).
1-2 years of experience with Workday Extend application development is preferred, not required.
2+ years designing and managing Workato automations or similar iPaaS tools.
Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
