Aligned with our ‘grow from within’ talent strategy, our internship program is available to students for a fall, summer or winter work term. Students have the opportunity to demonstrate their experience, aptitudes, leadership and teamwork towards potential full-time employment.

As a Business Management (Tech & Data) intern, you are passionate about data and technology solutions. You will focus on developing solutions for our Global Client Group. You are a well-rounded individual with strong problem-solving skills and have an aptitude to continuously learn emerging technologies.

Support the Global Client Group in leveraging data, technology, and automation to improve business processes and decision-making.

Active participant in technology platform transformation projects.

Collaborate with business and technology teams to document processes, evaluate workflow improvements, and implement enhancements.

Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other available technologies.

Assist in gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into scalable reporting and technology solutions.

Support automation initiatives that improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness across the team.

Prepare presentations, analyses, and materials for internal stakeholders and senior management.

Support ad hoc projects and daily operational activities as required.
