About the opportunity
Join Xplor Technologies’ Transformation team to drive strategic change across the business.
The role covers business integration, systems and process modernization, and practical AI applications across customer-facing functions.
This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with potential for extension.
Transformation responsibilities
- Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.
- Lead transformation agendas for assigned business functions and translate strategic priorities into sequenced execution plans.
- Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, governance, and success measures.
- Lead internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while maintaining delivery accountability.
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models.
- Develop financial models, business cases, data analyses, and performance measures to guide decisions.
- Identify delivery risks and barriers, resolve them across functions, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Required experience
- 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or a similarly analytical role.
