About the opportunity
Xplor is building a Transformation team to drive strategic change across the business.
The role owns analysis and executes discrete workstreams involving business integration, systems and process modernization, and AI applications.
The position reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and works across customer-facing functions.
Term
- This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, with potential for extension.
- The Transformation team is intended to provide experience that can support later functional leadership opportunities.
Transformation delivery
- Own transformation projects from design through implementation and outcome measurement.
- Lead transformation agendas for assigned business functions.
- Define future-state solutions and translate strategic priorities into execution plans.
- Set project scope, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and governance.
AI and business analysis
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes, automations, and operating models.
